Inheritance of a family of pastry chefs from Father to Son since 1888, our biscuit factory has developed while retaining its family spirit and artisanal know-how, with traditional recipes.
Madeleines, Fruit Cakes, Financiers, Amandines, Chocolate Moelleux, Petits Fours, Waffles, Palets and Shortbread are made daily in our manufacturing workshops.
